This was me and my sister's, first time coming to this smoke shop. We walked in pretty normal with a greet by one of the employees but after asking a simple question about identification approve like an out of state ID or a passport at least. They told us that they don't do that, which was really confusing cause we've used our passports an out of state id, in different states and others stores but this one doesn't? After accepting the fact that we couldn't buy, we decided to get our other sister; who has an utah id. We were literally just outside the shop having a little conversation to get us our smoke but it seemed like the manger didn't want us to be there so he told his employee to tell us "my manger wanted me to come tell you, that you girls gotta leave. sorry.". It literally felt like we were discriminated and refused services for no reason, even though we didn't do anything wrong but just wanted to buy something in their shop. Was it our clothes? Was it the way we speak? Or was our SKIN COLOR? We came into the shop respectfully and ready to buy but instead we left disappointed, hurt, and mostly discrimination among us. If I could give a no star, I would most definitely would do it; with no hesitation.

I went tonight in and the guy was coughing all over the place without covering is mouth or wearing a mask. He then proceeded to decline my passport as a form of identification, which is illegal. I have even looked up the laws and provided a screenshot. He denied me service for no good reason and was very rude about it. Very bad customer service and experience.

Good selection good service and fair prices. The guy that's there frequently is always smiling and easy going. Happy to live close to this one.

What they accept for ID, changes everytime I go in. I went in 3 different times with different results. The first time I stopped in, they used my state issued paper driver's license. The second time, they used my normal state issued driver's license (as long as it wasn't expired and could be scanned) and said they couldn't use the paper because it could be a fake. I just stopped in today, and they couldn't take either of my state issued driver's license. I wouldn't recommend going here anymore for anything vape. (Small picks of mods and juice)
