Large store. Hard to find what you are looking for unless you are able to find someone to ask. That's not easy either. I prefer a more small town shopping experience myself.

Dear giant and its employees, Please note that tracking down your shoppers while in self check out with the assumption that alcohol was aquired is not the ideal senario. I am pretty sure If I were to bring alcohol to self check out your front end associate will let me know that it can not be purchased there. I do not appreciate your beer and wine associate coming to me and my family assuming things. Thanks for listening and have a great rest of your day.

Everything is cleaned and organized. Has a large selection of various brands that aren't available at other stores. Prices are competitive.

I have been going to Giant for well over 2 years and buy all of my groceries there which is typically at least $125 to $150 a week (I know this is not a ton for a large company).we also buy gas there. I have typically been treated well. Today I went to see about returning/exchanging a dog toy which my 4 pound dog tore apart in in probably 15 min when this same toy had lasted a month before. They told me it could not be returned or exchanged because it was used and had nothing to do with quality. Even though the last one lasted a month. They said it would be the same as me trying to return food just because I don’t like it. It is not the matter of not liking the toy but of the fact that the quality was bad. They were not willing to offer any customer Courtesy and frankly did not seem to care about my problem or me as a customer. I’m probably going to look at shopping elsewhere where I am treated with respect. I will say they did apologize for not being able to take it back which was at least something.
