This place has a sign "no masks allowed" and I already knew what it was but decided to try anyway....went in to sell something only to be declined immediately. The raspy voice man behind the counter wasn't interested and made up excuses. I could understand if he actually saw the items but this seemed like racism. On the phone when he seemed okay but when I showed up it was a different story. This place was dirty with dusty and old items laying about the store. I wouldn't recommend this store. In response to the comment by this shop....you do know that one can still be racially discriminating, even if and like you claim to have some black and latino ancestry. Your services and attitude doesn't display as openness. Just because your last name is Hernandez doesn't mean you can't be racist, bigoted etc either, matter of fact, I have been discriminated against by Latinos, so your ancestry claim is null and void. You claim to be a person of color but yet you engage in such practices and like it excuses one from not being discriminatory. Please I'm not responding to you anymore because I said what I said. I'm not recommending this store.

My experience was great! Jeff and Dave are really nice guys, down to earth. I was surprised at what I was paid for my items, I'll definitely be back

this place is so cool! they have literally everything and anything you can think of. i recommend 10/10 going here to either do shopping for gifts or even to trade/pawn items. Was our first time here and wont be our last :) super clean friendly and convenient

This is a really cool shop. I’m not from Buffalo and have been looking for a nice pawnshop with vintage/estate jewelry. They have a ton! And a bunch of other stuff. I went to a previous pawn shop before coming here and was pretty unexpressed with the jewelry selection and prices. So I was pretty shocked by how much of a selection this place has. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought two gold rings and a super cool watch as well. While I was looking around they offered to clean/polish the rings and asked if I wanted to include my own personal rings I had on as well. So I walked out with two new rings, a watch, and professionally polished rings. Awesome! All of the staff also answered my questions and took their time. They offered great prices as well. Overall, I will be coming back for my pawnshop needs.
