I am not a frequent visitor of McD's. But I have a tendency to procrastinate when I work the night shift. So here I am at Mickie's. I found they have alot of deals, if you use their app to order. So today's deal was a free large fry. I also ordered 4 cheeseburgers and two apple pies. Everything was smooth using the app and it stayed that way all the way up until pickup. I gave my pickup code and the employee told me, i still owed $4, I wondered how was that possible? I paid through Apple pay. When the guy explained he doesn't know and I look over the receipt. I notice the promo code never gave me my free large fries. So ok I'll pay the $4, and go about my night. I have to drive 30mins to get to work. I get to work and guess what?!? No fries are in the bag!!! I knew I should've never trusted coming to a place for food. When there is a smiling clown as the mascot. The joke was definitely on me.

Just horrible! Food is never done properly and they never have certain drinks so your let to have to get whatever they have. Not very clean inside or outside, you have people literally fixing their cars in the parking lot and panhandlers walking up to your car in the drive thru. I would say by far this is one of the worst McDonald's Ive been to.

It's not just you. I waited 20 mins for a stale frocking coffee, when there was only one person ahead of me. It was so stale it was burnt. Since I waited that long already, I gave it back and asked for a fresh coffee, which of course there was none made, and had to wait for that. I actually had to pull to the side and wait for a coffee! The person in front of me only ordered a drink too, so it took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks? I told them that a half hour wait for a coffee was insane, and I wanted a refund. Sat another 5 mins while a worker shuffled back in to get my money back. I feel bad for the ten people that formed behind me, and how long they would be waiting for food. The inside was empty, so it's not like they were slammed, either. Awful, awful awful.

The absolute youngest you can be and still be able to work at McDonald's is 14, with a student work permit. However, many McDonald's prefer you to be at least 16, due to the restrictions for what they can ask you to do at 14. I am a former McDonald's assistant store manager.
