Updated review (reduced to 1-star) I just learned they close at 2:30pm on July 4th. We are doing the bulk of our move on July 4th, and now we only have a few hours to get our stuff out of this place. Never again. Original review (was 2-star) I recently rented three units and their billing system apparently does not support the ability to manage all of my units under a single email account. Had I known I could not connect all units to a single email for billing and management, I would have just gotten more units at StorQuest where we currently have one long-term unit. This is such an archaic system, something expected 15-20 years ago, not in 2022. I'll be done with them in another month and not bother returning to this place. Not a bad place if you only need one unit or do not mind living on old tech, but I'll skip this place in the future.
