We had a great buying experience at Dublin Chevrolet Cadillac. Initially when we arrived at the office it took some time for someone one to help us. But after that we had Omar come by to help us out and the experience there after was just great. Everyone there were genuinely nice and accessible and helpful. We never felt pressured. There was complete transparency, we felt completely at ease and found there was a genuine interest in our buying experience and our interests as a buyer. We have been buying/owning cars for 20+ years, and this was among the best car buying experiences. Not sure probably, when you drive off the lot it's yours, don't go there they will try and mark up the car and take advantage of you
Basically a mask and social distancing. They have the typical posters displayed but probably not all followed.
This is not a question, the only response is that if your going to agonize over such a small discrepancy then no place is going to give you the level or type of service you want.
I found them to be extremely helpful and accommodation.
