Only by appointment. Check in at shipping office on tablet with pick up # only 30 minutes before the appointment time. After check in it took me 1 to 1.5 hrs and I was out. Overall not bad, just don’t go there way ahead of your appointment otherwise have to be waiting in the parking lot.

Go according to you appointment. Check in only 30 minutes before. If you are on time no matter how many trucks are ahead you will load accordingly. It was take me to load and out in 1.30 hours.

I realize this is old but for those who don't know Flatbeds are very hard to tarp if its slightly windy... For smaller coils it should be ok but taller coils/lumber/insulation its a headache and sometimes even impossible if no help is provided... As a fellow flatbedder I prefer tarping outside when conditions allow, letting other trucks in but over all enjoying the day even if it's freezing cold... BTW it shouldn't take more than 30 mins to tarp 4 feet. Maybe 45 mins for 8feet but some drivers take their sweet time and spend a few hours tarping. Worse case scenario let us throw tarps on, 4-6 bungees and kick us out... if it's not raining/snowing of course...
