Staff is always friendly but they always seem to be under-staffed. The store is clean and I'm almost always able to find everything I need and then some. I enjoy shopping here and using the rewards program

Michael's at Western Hills on Glenway carries terra cotta clay to sculpt and to throw on wheel but is NOT to be fired. The clay is allowed to dry and then paints can be applied.
