The remote fill system consists of a NEMA 4 locking remote fill enclosure and a matching NEMA 4 remote fill control panel. The remote fill enclosure may be flush or surface mounted or free standing with an optional rack. The unit is furnished complete with integral alarm light, horn, silence and fill enable switches.
The pumped remote fill is unique in its small 2 x 2 x 2 size. Small but powerful, the pumped remote fill is for applications that exceed 4 stories, which is the practical pressure limit for a diesel fuel delivery truck. The pumped remote fill unit is pre-assembled and factory tested. It is paired with a matching control panel with status indicating lights and a motor starter. The unit may be ordered for flush or surface mount. Flush mount is pictured.
The multi-tank remote fill system consists of a NEMA 4 locking remote fill enclosure and a matching NEMA 4 remote fill control panel. The remote fill enclosure may be flush or surface mounted or free standing with an optional rack. The unit is furnished complete with integral alarm light, horn and silence switch. The multi-tank remote fill differs in that it is furnished with a tank selector switch (up to 7 tanks) and a level indicator in gallons that will let the fill operator know how much fuel is in each tank. When the operator selects a tank to fill, the system indicates the selected tank level in gallons. Thus, the fill operator can check the available ullage prior to fill.
The underground remote fill is a welded steel secondary containment assembly that includes a hydraulic lift manhole cover and integral light, horn and silence switch. The unit is designed to be completely hidden from view. The concealed remote fill is ideal for applications such as glass buildings that cannot accept a surface mounted remote fill and for applications where there is insufficient code required clearance from building openings or vents. The unit is furnished complete with integral alarm light, horn and silence switch. The unit ships with a matching NEMA 4 control panel.
The Remote Fill System provides reliable tank level control and leak detection in one panel, thus saving the need for a separate leak detection system. For jurisdictions that require 24 hour monitoring, form C dry contacts are provided for monitoring by BMS or Fire Alarm.
The Basic Remote Fill is intended to be a low-cost and simple remote fill system. The Basic Remote Fill control panel has no leak detection function and no indicating lights or switches. It consists of a NEMA 4 locking remote fill enclosure and a matching NEMA 1 relay panel. The remote fill enclosure may be flush or surface mounted or free standing with an optional rack. The unit is furnished complete with integral alarm light, horn and silence switch.
Other than the Basic Remote Fill, all of our products feature integrated leak detection and Modbus or BACnet interfaces.
