Stopped at the Butler, PA (Rt 8) store this morning for breakfast. I kept telling my wife how good the sandwiches were, so she wanted to.try them Got there at 8:30, not a soul around. Lights on, drive through menu on. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker at drive through and nothing. Could not enter, was directed by the sign to use the dri e through. Very dissatisfied

A sad shadow of is former self, I would only rate the golden arches as lower in the list of fast food spots.

Went inside to pick up lunch to go. The food took more than 10 minutes, but that's not a big deal. I ordered a regular Ch-king. It would have been great, except for the sweet pickles and jalapenos. I can't eat spicy stuff. I picked off the pickles and peppers, but the whole thing tasted like jalapenos. I threw it out. The rest of the food was good.

Went twice in one month....fries were not fresh at all....not hot, not crispy. It was a take out, but I began eating the fries on my way home right away. I was starving, so both times I ate them anyway....did not want to turn around and complain and wait for new ones. Get a grip EMPLOYEES....BE THE CUSTOMER...how would YOU like warm, spongy, limp fries? (Your competition is right across the street....but you dont care)
