You are supposed to get an email with appointment time. This is how my husband got second appointment. If you do not have an email address, I would just call the office.

I was in contact with someone that had covid a week ago I was tested & it came back negative am I quarentined

If the health department didn’t contact you, you are not quarantined unless the person you were in contact with didn’t reveal your name to the tracer that contacted them, you need to find out

I do not believe they will. I recommend you contact the Health Department directly for more information about where you can get a test. I know WellNow Urgent Care does testing that does not require referrals or appointments.
