Unfortunately, we live nearby. It seems like every time I drop by something is wrong with my order. Last time we got someone else’s order. This visit we were missing part of our order, and the fries my buddy ordered (that cost almost five bucks) were cold. You can do better. The McDonald’s in almost any other town would be a step up.

I was giving a night meal after going to the races at Stafford Springs. The Service was very slow here. I'm assuming, they are understaffed. The Food was tasty and hot.

Sketchy experience. I used my app to redeem a buy one get one free McDouble coupon. I paid on my phone and the transaction was completed (so I thought). I arrive to the window and the clerk informs me that I still owe for the second McDouble. So I show him my phone and that I’ve already paid using the buy one get one promotion. He then told me that “the franchise owner of this location chooses not to honor the app deals if they don’t go through on their end” I was shocked that the owner of the McDonald’s doesn’t stand by the offers on the McDonald’s app. I won’t ever be returning since I only buy things using the app and the location can apparently just decide not to honor those deals. Sketchy as hell. I want to point out that the workers there are always very friendly and prompt with service. This review doesn’t reflect on them, but the terrible policy of the franchise. The manager working there still gave me the deal.

I cannot express how utterly disgusting this place is. Today, I bought a small fry and deluxe spicy chicken sandwich (comes with lettuce and tomato) and immediately spit it out of my mouth. Sandwich was cold, no spice at all, deformed, tiny tomato’s and had a burnt taste too it. When I bit into the chicken, it oozed with slimy oil and truly has been one of my worst food experiences in my life. The bun tasted odd and off as well. I feel utterly nauseous and sick from the two bits I (unfortunately) swallowed after taking the sandwich apart and trying to find something edible. My one regret is not taking a picture for all to see. I also regret the 15-minute wait plus the $12+ dollars I spent. A food inspector is needed, and I wholeheartedly believe this establishment needs to be shut down. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to Vernon McDonalds than ever risk my health eating here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS is my advice, and as you can see by its 3.0 and dropping, rating
