This is our first season here. It has been nothing but a positive experience . Every one has been so nice and welcoming. Place is kept clean. Lots of activities for all ages. Nice to see everyone helping each other. Wish we knew about this place sooner.

There are some with and some without campers. Sites are all privately owned and you can find them anywhere from a couple thousand dollars up to 60+ thousand. I happen to have one for sale now without a camper for five thousand (BO). All sites come with water, sewer AND electric that is included with your annual dues/assessment.
