Horrible!!! Dirty! Staff did not have gloves on getting food ready. Nor did I get the right order or change back. It's sad. I do believe it's this location only?

I don’t know if they got new owners or what but it’s so sad and depressing there. I spent decent amount of money breakfast for a meeting. Received someone else’s order, which was wrong too. Made attempt to call only to be told to “come back and we’ll fix it” from a teenager who was to busy to listen to me. It’s a no from me…

Their ice caps are so good but they never have what you see on the menu everytime you go. And they always mess up the change amount due: my order came to 8.67 and I gave them a 10 and they only gave me 89 cents back?

If you're looking for a nice coffee place who's workers are nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The Steubenville Tim Hortons should not be your first choice. Not only were they not able to handle a small four person order, they continued to tell us rather rudely I might add that our order was to big and it took to long. Mind you at this time it was 9:45 am and they were not in a rush. We pulled around to the window and payed and were once again told our order was too long for the drive through and they rudely threw the food at us and did not say anything to show that they were done handing us our food. This particular store is a very bad example of how people should act towards paying and respectful customers.
