To Whom it May Concern: Please know how much we appreciate your company providing excellent service in way of delivery and the employment of good drivers. Your company exceeded our expectations in delivering our Woodchipper earlier than expected. The driver (sorry I did not get his name - Pro #77019694460-3 shipment origin LVS dest KCY) was so pleasant on the phone when connecting for initial arrival. He was even more pleasant in person. We want to extend our gratitude and relay to his team for the expedient, efficient, and careful manner he handled the heavy crate. At this point, we can only say thank you for the exceptional customer service but do hope that he and other good employees continue to be recognized by your company. What your company and your people do - matters to us and millions of others. Now we have a face to insert into our prayers. May all of your people be safe and well today, tomorrow, and the next day. *Not sure if our driver is local or from out of state. I've posted this on the LVS and KCY sites*

Truck 484789 kcmo 3/29/22 Truck did not see exit sign for bluu ridge until last minute and merged onto highway wrecklessly almost clipping my front bumper and continued at a slow rate of speed. 45 in 65. Trash driver.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Lorrie H. is by far the worst customer representative I’ve ever encountered. The driver that contacted me was almost as rude as her. To top it all off, they won’t even deliver the freight they were hired to deliver. If you have any other options, you should use another company.

Missed the first day of my scheduled drop off. However the manager called me the next morning, apologized and is sending a truck out to deliver it today.
