Was horrible. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich I got a grilled one. Took it back i said I ordered crispy, was then informed they had none. The burger patties were so thin and crispy. Will never go back.

The guy taking my order was rude and he made me feel like I shouldn't have came in and bothered him. The food was great but its not worth going back to be treated like I'm not wanted there.

This is definitely the best Ritzy's in the tristate area. They are quick, friendly, and- most importantly- the food is delicious. Whether eating in or using the drive-thru the quality of food and service is the same. Also, if you haven't had their chilli cheese fries you are absolutely missing out; those chili fries are most definitely in the top 3 of all time.
