We noticed we were having some separation from our wall and floor in December 2021 and we had a structural engineer come to our home to see if we had foundation problems. After his assessment he determined that we did not have foundation issues we needed our slabs to be poly jacked. We called Olshan Foundation Repair to come out and do an estimate and they said they didn't do polyjacking, that was outdated but they did do beams that would support and build up where the separation had occurred. We let them install the beams March 2022. Ever since the beams have been in place the house has continued to separate from the walls even more. We have called Olshan out and they came out and never looked at the beams to see if that was the problem they never checked that, they immediately said that we needed more work done. I am upset because how or why wasn't this discussed from the beginning, but immediately you can tell me what else we needed and another charge. They said they can immediately get us a appointment to get work done but we have called several times to just have someone come out and check the beams and they have given us the run around. My husband has called, emailed, and gone to the social media and still we can't get a straight answer. I called back my structural engineer and he said he stuck by what he said that from the beginning that we DID NOT have foundation issues and Olshan disregarded what was advised and pushed something on us misleading us and we didn't need what Olshan installed in our house and the unnecessary beams installed has caused more damage and continues to cause damage to our home. Now if we want Olshan to come out and do the additional work for an additional fee they will come out immediately but for them to come out and check the work that they already did we get the run around. We were mislead by Olshan and paid them to do something we DID NOT need. We need help getting this resolved because we are out of money and are probably going to have to be out of more money to get this fixed the right way. Help please!!

I hired olshan to fix my leaky basement. They came out and wrapped my basement and it never fixed the problem from the beginning. Don't get me wrong it help but it isn't fixed. now I have water sitting on top of the plastic wrap that they wrapped the basement with. It's been just over a year now and they have been out 3 times and they are blaming how high the dirt is up on the foundation. Well, guess what. the dirt was that high up on the foundation when they started so if that was going to be an issue when they offered to fix the problem for $10,000 that should of been mentioned. Now I still have a leaky basement and am out the $10,000. I'm not sure I believe all of the reviews on this site. This gives a year warranty that they don't stand behind.
