I bought a truckload of compost/topsoil mix. I was told this was a really good soil for gardens and raised beds. When I started unloading and applying it to my client's flower bed I found it nearly unusable because it was so full of clay clouds, golf ball size to baseball size, which were too hard to break up. There were plenty big rocks too.When I called and complained Russ told me it just needs to be tilled. If I'm buying good quality soil I shouldn't have to till it. Aav
