I had a curt 2" trailer hitch and wiring installed on my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Premium. I called on Saturday hoping for a Sunday appointment. The staff accommodating and very helpful. They had everything ready for me when I arrived and dropped the car off the following morning. The turnaround time was quick and they did a very nice job. Update : I got to use the hitch with a small trailer out in Lincoln and dropped it off here about a month ago. Today I had to get the same size trailer, a little 4x8 to move the kid to his new apartment. I set up everything up online, when I got there they were very busy. it seems to be the time for college students to be moving around. However, even though they were busy I was takin care of very quickly with no issues at all. I was in and out in good time with my trailer.

To rent a truck. You have to be 18 years with valid Drivers Licence. I believe it is the same for a trailer unless it has changed
It's a 10 or 14 foot truck and they are $19.95, and $29.95 per day..89 cents per mile on a week day, and a $1somthing on the weekends. You have to bring em back with the same amount you left with on gas.
There direct number rings 3 times to them then if no answer ur reroutes to call center
I noticed a bin at the front of the store with some free boxes when I first went in. Another day when I returned, the bin was empty. So, yes, but they get picked up pretty fast by other customers.

I got a large van and drove from lawrence to KC for $90. The 28 foot truck was a little over $200 not counting gas and miles
