So me and my lady, first day in New Orleans, we get from the airport to the hotel and we're looking for a place to eat. This joint is just around the corner and a block away from where we were at and decided it sounded good because they had barbecue. We got there and The waitress, or bartender I should say, was too busy making drinks for other people to serve anyone. You had to get the food yourself when your buzzer went off and seat yourself. Ordered a half a rack of ribs which is supposed to consist of six ribs, we only got five. They were dry and lacked in flavor. We also got the jambalaya, which might as well have been Zatarain's rice in a box. It was undercooked. We also received a cheddar biscuit, cold and black on the bottom. Considering their menu says World Famous Ribs, I was expecting more. I own a smoker and a grill, and I'm very capable of making very delicious ribs myself, so I would assume the restaurant claiming to have World Famous Ribs would have something a little more to offer. Didn't bother taking pictures, it wasn't worth the effort.

If you like smoke flavor on your BBQ, don't go there. It's just a bar with pool tables and food that pretends to be bbq.

The best food I have had in my life the burger wasn't worth every single penny he was on the expensive side but there was no comparison. I think it could have been a better greeting when we got there, staff could have been a bit friendlier but besides from that it was a good experience.
