Selection seemed to be much smaller than I am used to, but it has been quite a while since i have been in a Best Buy store...I would also assume supply chain and shipping difficulties are the culprit. The employee that assisted me was very helpful and informed me of an alternative item to what i was looking for. It was one I was unaware of yet equal in quality and actually slightly cheaper. I commend the staff for how helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and professional they are. I also appreciated that everyone I dealt with was smiling. I will be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in looking for a new stereo receiver (previous one gave out after over 10 years), and the employees in the electronis department took their time to show me different ones, understood what I was looking for, and helped me get exactly what I needed. I wasn't immediately shown the top dollar, high end, expensive ones; but instead was presented with what I was looking for (a good mid range receiver). Been using it for a little bit now and it's working great; still figuring a few of the newer settings and options. All in all, the experience was great and the end result is back to enjoying movies and music in their full surround sound capacity.

I’ve come to this Best Buy for years, and I’ve never had any problems or issues with employees here. They’re always very friendly and welcoming, and they’re helpful but not over bearing or in your face. A good option for shopping for electronics no doubt.

When in looking for a lens for my new Nikon Z50. This was the only store in the area that had onevin stock. Awesome purchase! Sales reps were very knowledgeable even offered classes on how to use the lens and the camera.

If it was in stock in store it will be available that day. No specific time just whenever they get and receive them, if it wasn't in store and had to be shipped to the store, the shipping date/time won't be the same as the receiving time. Just wait for the notification of when it's ready to be picked up, no need to check on it.

As long as you put her name down as an authorized pick up when ordered online she can pick them up. She will need her drivers license when picking it up. You should be able to call the store and speak with customer service to see if they will let her pick up the item if she isn't on the pick up list. Just have her have to order with her as well as drivers license.

I always tip when I am not charged for the service. Best buys appliance delivery is third party and unless you negotiate free delivery (which you can) you were moat likely charged. If you did pay a delivery fee, I wouldn't feel so inclined. However, if they're it's a hard install or tough delivery, climbing up 30 stairs maybe you should. Tipping is up to you. Unlike a server who counts on tips for a large portion of their income, these guys don't expect it and theyre already paid by the job. Bottom line, Its really your discretion.
