Despite going there month after month, my prescriptions are never in stock when I need to pick them up. Employees are unhelpful at best, wait times are long, and even calling ahead is mostly useless because half the time it goes to some call center instead of the actual location and you get inaccurate information because of of that. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

The pharmacy employees have the worst manners and customer service skills I've encountered in any store, anywhere. They are abrasive, utterly void of empathy, lack basic manners and forget about any level of helpfulness. After a year of using them for convenience to my residence, will happily drive wherever I need to for a CVS no matter how high gas prices go.

I get it, pharmacies can feel like hoops to jump through. We had a complex battle on our hands but with Casey the pharmacist willing to think strategically we were able to get my sons medication filled and distributed In a time of need, despite him being out of town on a school field trip. Thank you Casey and pharmacy staff at Provo for your hard work helping us figure this out!

If I could post negative stars I would. Their pharmacy averages 15 to 20 minutes per person and that's just for people who are here to pick up medicine. I'm in the drive through right now and am calling in to have them transfer my prescriptions as soon as I post this review.
