I do believe walmart in horseheads ny does. Not to far of a drive out of the way if ya really need it.
When I looked a few months ago via the app it told me delivery was available from yhis location or horseheads but issues when placing order. Chat rep said not avail. No further info
June the Painted Post store has a barber shop and did have a beauty salon for women. It was having financial problems and may have closed. I would suggest calling as I'm not sure of appointment requirements for the salon.

Why not place it in the shopping cart or below it ? Some of the walmarts hace child sits which are alot longer then the regular carts.. you might also try asking where they have the layaway dept usually in the back of the store..
