Stopped here today after driving by multiple times ... bought a chesse cake and a single slice chocolate cake and 2 plain dounuts for my 67 year old father who Is picky ... well big compliments cause when he likes everything I bring home it's a mini miracle and he raved about the cake and dounuts... so we try cheese cake it's so good .. hands down best crust I have ever had on any cheese cake and I have tried alot .. we will be back .. thank you

Great cheese! Always find them at the local farmer's markets in Westchester County. While attending the Jan 22 Tarrytown Market, I bought the Jersey Girl Cheese with spring onion. As usual, did not disappoint. Key compliments: Raw Cows milk, no antibiotics, nor artificial hormones.

We were there yesterday Any cheeses that have add ins. Like spices or herbs will have a wax coating just on the outermost rind. Everything we purchased is vacuum sealed.
Hi Ann, It's not an Italian cheesecake, which usually contains ricotta. Don modified his grandmother's recipe and it contains sour cream and cream cheese. I can't tell you more or Don would have my head. Glad you like it. Sharon
