Have been going to Dr. Kirkpatrick for many years and am always pleased with his services. Not only was he his usual pleasant self with a full examination, but the person at the desk really reviewed my insurance policies to make sure that I got the very best price. I'm saddened that Covid shut down Dr. Kirkpatrick's other offices and hope that he continues to service the loyal patients in this area for many years to come!

I was scheduled for three appointments for me and my 2 children.. When I missed their call to verify the appointments I called back as soon as I could and the office was closed so I left a message to verify the appointment. I left a mess as the office was closed. I called this morning to verify the appointments as I live an hour away and was informed at 7:345am that my 3 appointments for 9:30 am were canceled because I DIDN’T CALL TO VERIFY MY OWN APPOINTMENTS! I personally have been going to see DR Kirkpatrick since he was in the office with Dr Goldstone!!! Over 30 years!!! I’m sad to part ways but your office these last 5 years or so has gone to s*^t! The people on the phones or in the office including the office manager are rude and refused to listen it would have taken months to reschedule 3 appointments set of been scheduled already for two years. Dr. Kirkpatrick I wish you nothing but the best but you really need to get your office people together it says something pretty powerful when a person that you’ve taken care of for 30 + years is very easily walking away from the office.

The receptionist was very rude and downright disrespectful, we had been waiting for the appointment for weeks now and when we got there the receptionist was unable to find my dad's appointment. We went back home to find the appointment card and turns out the name on the appointment card was inserted incorrectly which was frustrating because my dad had given them his driver’s license for identification. They canceled the appointment without notifying us, the receptionist told us to fill out the forms which we already did prior to making our appointment. The lady at the front desk was rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Receptionists are ofter the first employee that the public has contact with and because of her attitude it left a sour taste and extremely unpleasant experience for both my dad and myself. We left mid-application.

We would have to look into it further. Don't think we have seen one before. You can bring it and any additional information you have into the office and we can do a little research on it.
