Worst dental service ever! I had one side of my wisdom tooth infected, the doctor came in with no question and no sentences, checked my infection teeth and then said I need to remove 4 wisdom teeth, I asked some questions including what was the reason for the infection he didn’t answer any of them and just told me to go to the check-out window, the check out staff was super impatient and unfriendly. Will never go to this place again for dental care, hilariously unprofessional.

Not sure how much the customer matters. Got teeth pulled in Cicero yesterday and no one there is answering the phone. I contacted another couple offices and turns out the dentist isn't in at either of them or Cicero and was told to call here. The pain med prescription I was written isn't working the best and was told to call to get a new script if needed. Auburn refuses to write it because the dentist there hasn't seen me before, but they can clearly see I'm a patient at Aspen and had teeth pulled. I get told to contact my doctor or go to urgent care/ER, my doctor won't be able to do anything because this is dental. Glad to get told to go give myself another bill that I don't need, what lovely customer service.

It’s my first time back to a dentist and I’m glad I was able to see what was wrong with my teeth. I’m glad that the staff were nice to me. I did sign up for the subscription to save money annually but I am still very worried about my billing since I’m on a tight budget. I’ll still go back for fillings, root canal and so forth. It is my first time back in around twenty years and something must be done before I may lose all my teeth.
