She serviced me and I was not pleased with the look for the price I was charged. she braid really tight but that's about it... she new she wrong we she said my braids were crooked and tried to half way braid the corn rows down and 'crinkle' the rest. ..

I was going there for a while until they messed up my hair style. The owner offered to redo it but I work 6 days a week at the plant and was not able to take off to have is redone. The staff personal she had acted like she knew what I wanted but didn’t and in short I paid 60 for my hair and 150 for a style that was not what I asked for. Also on the site it said hair was included for certain styles but when I was confirming the appointment I asked the hair is included and they said no. Which threw me off cuz on the site where I made my appointment it said it was, so that needs to be corrected or taken down because most people would think that’s misleading. I just started back braiding my own hair because I just don’t have the time to sit for 5-6 hours to get the wrong hairstyle and rushed out the chair because they were ready to leave.

I called Amara as soon as I saw the $99 box braid special online. I be looking forard to the sale every year. It's so good to see a shop that's willing to give us a break. I love my braids and I will continue to come back every year as usual

Amara is such a wonderful person. I had an issue with one of the braiders and she came and took care of the issue right away. I have been a customer here for five years and the quality of work is great!!!!
