Frequently out of stock on many basic items. I had to put my debit card in 5 times before it would work. Tonight I ran in to pick up 2 items from the cosmetics department and then had to walk all the way to the other end of the store to check out because registers near the cosmetics department were closed. Meijer has lost all sense of customer service and focus.

Every time I visit the store The Night Shift staff are very helpful. That's why I always come to the Meijer out there instead of Fraser. And they always seem to have what I'm looking for especially my milk A2

Super friendly employees. Several greeted me as i was shopping. As usual the store was really clean and well stocked, just lacking CASHIERS. Not sure who thought that everyone should self scan. Prime example, there was only one cashier open 🙄 so people are forced to self scan even tho we don't work at Meijer and have not been trained in cashier duties. One gentleman asked me if he was doing his bananas right and I also watched a lady in her 80's have to self scan her entire full cart of groceries, keep having to walk to the end of the conveyor belt to bag items so she could go back to the scanner to scan more items and then when the conveyor belt backed up, repeat put the scanning on hold to go bag and then repeat. Meijer needs to take inconsideration when it comes to self check out: the elderly, the single parent with a baby or multiple children, those that have a handicap or disability or those that aren't tech savvy. Especially with the rising cost of food, at least put more CASHIERS on the floor. Not having CASHIERS is actually discrimination for so many people. What's next? Going to the Dr and diagnosing yourself while paying an outrageous bill? Food for thought. Bonus they are open to midnight!!!

The cashiers move so slow. Literally waited in line 20 minutes and only one person ahead of me. Is this being done on purpose so shoppers will use the delivery or curbside options? Also there are 20 plus registers and the majority being used are self scan. Only 2 regular check out lanes were being operated by humans. Such a shame what the future of retail is going to be like.

If it's a service dog they can't stop you. But otherwise you're disgusting if you bring in a dog that isn't one. It's a place that sells food.
That im not sure if you have a service dog you might be able to you can always call up there and ask

They do have paint remover products... if you want a bigger selection to fit your needs could try an ACE hardware, homedepot or Lowe's.
Love Meijer! Great weekly sales. Their clothes are very affordable especially when they introduce a new line anywhere from 30-50% off usually on the weekends. Fabulous!
