Went in back in the fall of 2021 with sinusitis infection and was given a Covid-19 test and a prescription in hand but, said I would have to wait to fill it until after the Covid test came back. I live 30 miles away from Topeka and I told the doctor that and she would not budg.. After that I always try to get in to see my wonderful doctor. Went to see her and she believed me.

Edit: 3 days later and my son is STILL coughing to the point of vominting. I should have just taken him to the ER. The express care we usually take my kids to was closed so we decided to go here. Was a mistake. The doctor did not take my concerns seriously. My son was coughing so bad he made himself throw up and she was talking about how to reduce nausea. Not the problem. I had also requested he be tested for RSV and was told “they don’t test for that and if he was already exposed why would it matter” His cousin was just hospitalized for RSV the week before. And I have a 1 year old at home and it is contagious, but instead tested for covid and came back negative. I already knew he didn’t have covid. Didn’t even tell us where we could take him to bed tested for RSV either. My son is 3 years old and she was very rude to him. Made me think that I was stupid for even bringing him in. We will NOT be back. For someone who is supposed to be helping the community she sure sounded like she hated her job.

I had a decently bad cut on my hand a couple of weeks ago and was quickly seen and treated by a nurse who used to close up patients for surgery. Our son also had an x-ray done here for our son and we had no problems getting it - would highly recommend this place!

Not a very fast "urgent" care clinic. The common phrase is please wait one... a few minutes later... just a few more minutes... and this is repeated for a good little while...
