I have been looking for a vehicle for about a year now. I had asked about the maverick however it was out of the order period. So the Sales person Jordan told me he would call me and let me know when they could be ordered. As promised he called me promptly when they could a few months later. Sadly I had already purchased a car a few days prior. The fact is Jordan followed up with me when most other places haven’t. I recommend talking to him and seeing if he can help you. I just want to say thank you Jordan for following up and doing your due diligence, I appreciate it. Hopefully next time I can purchase a car from you.

I am truly disappointed in the service experience at blue springs ford I have twice made an appointment to have open recalls serviced on my vehicle only to be told once at the service center that they can not honor my appointment and that they will not be able to get to my vehicle till the following day. I asked the service technician if I can reschedule the appointment till tomorrow since that is when they can get around to working on it I was advised that they could not reschedule the appointment and my only choice is to leave the vehicle overnight and they will get to it when they can its only a recall. I did not appreciate the way the technician made it seem like my vehicle and the repair it needed was not a priority or that it even mattered. I honestly will not be back to this dealership they wasted my time and gas coming to a appointment that they refused to honor.

My car buying with Blue Springs Ford and salesman, Blake Jennings was highly satisfying. I drove from out of state for the good deal and selection. I bought a 2018 Ford Ecosport Titanium edition with a complete full warranty, bumper to bumper. Low mileage.. It is fully loaded with black leather and equipped with Android Auto. Very high tech and nice. Blake and the Finance Officer were excellent. Also I am a military retiree and they were respectful and accommodating. Recommend Blue Springs Ford!

Depends on the vehicle. There's no way to answer without knowing. I've never had my brakes replaced at a dealer. I can imagine it would rather pricey.

Currently yes but, it changes often as it's a Ford special offer and not a dealership offer. Your best bet is to call the dealer and ask. Ford rarely does 0% across the board so call and ask if it's available on the model in question.
