PG#2 with rent bills water and light. I then spoke with the director Cindy who told me she was sorry and could not help me with anything. I believe there's favortisim in neighborhood house I don't appreciate the help thats not given by neighborhood

I THINK THEY KEEP THE MONEY FROM THE FUNDS. AND MANY IRREGULIDARY IN NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE IN THE SHELTERS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE CINDY IS THE ONE THAT GRASES EVERYTHING.
