Contracted with this company last year, was told multiple times they could get rid of the invasive English ivy behind my home. Paid around 600, they came twice out of the three times stated clearly on my contract. I had to contact them multiple times to get them to come out the second time. Not only is the English ivy not dead, it is thriving. I should say, Daryl did come out a third time just to check and see how it was doing because he had another client inquiring about English ivy. He repeated multiple times they would be out the third time for treatment He didn't even cut the vines off the trees. I would like a refund but have no time to deal with them again. Steer clear if you need invasive English ivy removed. Even though their website clearly states they handle it.
