Internet so shottie one min you get 17 mbps which is slow as a snail to begin with then your suddenly down to 76 kbps forget gaming! If you want to game DO NOT GO WISPREEN! your better off with star link or some other company I can't never have solid speed ever! Clear day weak! rainy day weak! There doing routine maintenance welp let's shut it off an forget asking to get prorated that day one time I was down 12 hours cause there system needed work! I called an got told they can't give me a extra day on my bill I can go on but I think you all get the point!

We've been with Wisprenn since 2014. I spend a lot of time online doing volunteer work and have had very few complaints about their service. We switched from Direct TV to Wisprenn because we simply could not afford DirectTV's ISP prices; Internet service is not their main focus and their basic plan offers very limited monthly bandwidth. I had to pay $10 more for each little bit of extra bandwidth after that initial amount was used up, and it went quickly. - The service is very affordable, especially for those of us on a fixed income, plus THERE IS NO BROADBAND LIMIT. - There's basic and high speed. The high speed increased my bill to a whopping $99! :D I had to laugh. In the world of ISP's that's peanuts as you well know. - Wisprenn has very little turnover. If you spoke with a techie 5 years ago, chances are you will speak to him or her again when needed. Frankly, I haven't run into that very often and it's a warming feeling. So yeah, Wisprenn's the bomb and I wouldn't change from them unless I had no choice.

Upgraded from one star. They are finally getting to the point where the internet is solid, even borderline above average. I'm a month or two I'll probably upgrade to 4 stars.
