The manager and associates are very pleasant and easy to work with. That said - and no negative feedback is directed at the store level personnel - I HATE VERIZON! I was a customer for 20 + years. In the last couple years their level of C S at the corporate level has ceased to exist.

OK!! So just went there! They greet you at door and tell you someone will be with you asap! HAHA!! NOT! So there were only a coupled other people there. I was patiently waiting. No worries....right?? I go to use restroom and there at least FIVE employees near backroom joking and laughing. This place is a JOKE! Do NOT go there!! I have phone video to prove it!!!! LOSERS!!

EDIT as of 4/6/2022: After forever and a day... I didn't initially see the customer service reply until last month (March 2022) so I reached out to Verizon customer service, per the comment. Haven't heard back from that email yet HOWEVER, I also called. Talked to customer service, got my bill lowered due to military discount, thank you. Was also told, I was owed 2 rebates, my info was sent over to the Rebate team, just call them. Called them a week later, was kicked to customer service and they had to dig around. The deal I came over under was in Oct 2020, their records don't go back that far soooooo..... how 'bout a $150 credit? I asked, could y'all o $250? And, was told yes so it's _like_ I got part of the deal. So, that's nice. The lady on the phone was understanding of my situation and frustration, so she recovered a bit of my loyalty. Thank you for that. So, Imma raise my raise my rating by 2, still not 100% happy with this store for things playing out like they did, but I recognize it's been a while and they are trying to earn my business back. brought over 3 lines from Sprint after being with Sprint for 25 years. Sprint couldn't figure out how to lower my bill. With Verizon, I was told that bringing three lines, turning in two phones, I'd receive two (2) $300 credits on the new lines, plus some $$$ back on the turned in phones (ended up being $98 for one, $219 for the other). PLUS, my phone bill would be under $200/mo - which is what I wanted in the first place. To date, only one phone has been properly rebated - no gift cards, no rebate on the second phone - so, missing $819 PLUS my phone bill is WAY over $200/mo - have called customer support, been transferred multiple times, pushed over to different departments multiple times- e-rebate doesn't know anything and can't seem to find any records but customer service can see what I'm owed. The trade-in department kept me on hold for over 90 minutes then dropped my call. They seemed so nice and on top of everything, but it feels like once the ink was dry, they dropped my concerns like a bad habit. If the promises made aren't honored, we're changing companies asap. I like loyalty, but not when it's a one-way street. :(

Yes or you can just stop in to the store they have plenty of people there to help assist you
Dial *228 hit enter then wait for it to finish on your Verizon phone to update your signal
Yes. You may have to wait outside until there is space.
There are many corporate locations in Ohio.
Yes..as long as they both came from Verizon. If something came from somewhere else, it all depends on the sales associate.
Yes, but they are only an authorized reseller. Better to go to an a tual Verizon store.
Retail
Dont know you can always take it and have them check it
