We’ve lived here for almost 2 years and are now moving. It was nice when we first moved in. Any problem we had was resolved fast. The maintenance guys are nice but things break and do not get fixed. We went without a working fridge/freezer for about 6 months even though we told them about the problem so many times. They replaced the fan in the freezer and said that fixed the problem but nothing would freeze and everything in the fridge would be ruined. We lost hundreds of dollars in food. We’ve had MULTIPLE gas leaks and that’s a regular thing around here. The worst was in November got home after being gone all day and the whole house smelled of gas. My animals had been here all day and could’ve been harmed for sure. I have 2 small children and had to send them with their grandma overnight so they wouldn’t be harmed by the gas and the harsh cold weather from having to leave doors and windows open for hours. Stove broke and didn’t get fixed for a while. Dishwasher hasn’t worked in months. Multiple water leaks. A/C was out for over a month in July and we all were miserable. Stuff gets stolen off of back patios. Had someone break into my back shed and had to call the police. NOSEY NEIGHBORS who are always watching and in your business. No assigned parking so visitors and everyone can park wherever and we have to walk with our 2 small children super far in the cold to get home. The only good thing about this place is the pool and playground. Good luck to whoever lives here after us. Horrible place and has always been.

They only have 3 bedrooms for garden 1 level, very few of them. Will have to wait a very long time
