I HATE fluvanna social service. They are rude, they never return voicemails. They help those who don't need it and those of us that do they always try to find ways to minimize the help we actually need. They make you feel small in the sense of treating you however they want because you do need the help. They think you have to deal with the additude they give you NOT. I may need your services... however me needing those services is the reason you get a pay check. I am a mother so for my kids I am doing what I have too. What ever they may think, I hate social services, I'm sad and disappointed that I have become disabled and need a little help... so my kids can have healthcare, and a little extra food. but that does not give you grounds to belittle me and disrespect me and make me feel any other type of way then I already do. Don't like your job, go find one you do. But check your additude and Customer service skills at the door when reporting for work. You may not want to be there, but remember there are some who don't want to use your service and have too. Bottom line: its always someone worse off then you. Respect others and take their feelings into consideration the next time you feel like being ugly.
