Horrible! I placed my order on the Captain D's website as a pickup order for 7:30. I got to the drive thru at 7:25 and the person said they were making it then and to pull in space 1. I waited, checked some emails and realized 20 minutes had passed. I went inside and said I had been waiting and wondered if it was ready. They looked at me confused. There was a bagged order sitting there and I asked if that was it. She said that was an employee's order. That employee came by and said that wasn't their order. It WAS mine...that had been sitting there 20 minutes. I checked and of course everything was cold. She asked for it to be remade. Two people checked it before it was given to me. It was wrong. I thought it was right until I got home and realized I was missing a piece of fish and utensils. The hush puppies and shrimp weren't fully cooked, one of the pieces of chicken was hard with the breading falling off. My mother got sick after eating. Captain D's just isn't what it used to be and DEFINITELY not at this location. We had to throw away most of the food because it was inedible.

I had never been to a Captain D’s before now, but I’d have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was even better. I had the catfish and it was absolutely amazing. Not to mention the corn on the cobb was not dried out and was really good. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood!

We are pretty used to horrible experiences and employees that couldn't care less about the quality of service they provide. One of the reasons I avoid quick serve restaurants. I have to say even on a busy Sunday afternoon, we were greeted warmly with a very friendly voice at the drive through. She was helpful, offered upsizing while telling the price and thanked us. At the window, the outstanding service continued with a friendly greeting and asking if we needed anything else. Just a very pleasant experience. Our fish sandwich combos were also excellent. Keep up the great work!

Stop by July 5th around noon and got the crab, fish & shrimp meal wich includes 2 fish hand full of shrimp and a crab cake patty. I got 1 cold fish 3 shrimps super soggy fries and a burned crab cake. No am not going to that website to give details just hire decent employees to fix your severe quality issues.
