It is the first time (and the last) that I go with my 11-year-old daughter who is sick to MD NOW located in Boca Raton and after waiting for more than 3 hours she was never seen. It is NOT acceptable that places like this exist (they should be closed for inefficiency), since they play with the health of people hoping to receive decent medical treatment. The attention by the administrative staff is equally bad, as they treat people like animals and are not even able to inform why after 3 hours no one was able to receive my daughter in the consultation in a place that is supposed to be for EMERGENCIES, but unfortunately, money is more important than people's health. It should be a shame to keep opening new places instead of first improving the service and quality of the existing premises and although I understand it must be a lucrative business, you should rethink the business model, since you do not sell vegetables .... you sell (in theory) a health service to people. What a disgusting place....what a shame that you exist and operate a business and allow you to treat people in need of medical service with such unprofessional ethics.

This is the worst urgent care in Boca Raton ! The wait time to see a doctor is two hours or more because there is only one doctor working. This place should be shutdown! A couple of people asked for a refund because the wait is so long. This office should not be open if they can’t accommodate the patients! I would give this office zero stars if the option was available!

Had a quick reception and saw the doctor after 25 minutes of arrival. The doctor and nurse were courteous and diagnosed my eye condition quickly. Had a prescription made and was out in 20 minutes. The offices were extremely clean. Very satisfied.
