This is such a great market with super fresh food and a huge selection. Fresh live seafood along with a great meat market. Large produce section with mostly organic items. Parking can get tight during the busy times

Formerly Central Market, still the same outstanding customer service and quality products in every department. Beautiful fresh produce, gourmet foods, amazing wine selection, and fresh made in house deli items. My favorite local grocery store!

What wrong with Sushi at the Town & Country Market Mill Creek. I am long time customer in Central Market. Now it changes to Town & Country. It used be best sushi in this area. The quality was good Japanese restaurant quality which I love it. Now it changed. I think that something changed. Fish is soggy and rice is uncook. I bought 3 packs of sushi last week and all go to garbage can!!!!! I talked to many friends in Mill Creek and they agree. We do not go this market any more.

It is not the cheapest grocery store but the selection is amazing and it is very clean and organized with lots of helpful employees and short lines. My only complaint is the broccoli cheddar soup is very disgusting I bought a large size and it was full of little hard bits, that seemed like uncooked dehydrated onion pieces and onion skins that ruined the whole soup from their deli. I wish they had samples of the soups so you could try it first like at other stores.

Absolutely, as the asst mgr of the seafood dpt we have an assortment of items that are sashimi grade. Please come in and talk to us. Anytime between 6 am and 10 pm
I have seen it there but you'd want to call to confirm.
If you're talking chocolate truffles, we most definitely do - we carry LeGrand truffles in Bulk Foods. If you're talking the actual truffle fungus (fungi?), we often carry them during the holidays but don't have any now. But if you want, our Produce Market would be happy to check with our vendors and see if any are available - call 425-357-3251.
They have six live seafood bins, and usually one of them had lobster. However, you may want to call ahead to make sure they're not sold out (every once in a while, they are).
Asian items are still available. They have been relocated to appropriate departments in the store.
Yes, if it is not opened :)
No we always close on Christmas Day. You can find this kind of information on our website at www.central-market.com. Here are Mill Creek's hours: Central Market Mill Creek Regular Hours: 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Dec. 19-23: 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Christmas Eve: 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Christmas Day: Closed
Not sure about Mill Creek, but you can definitely get frozen rabbit at the Shoreline location. They have a case of frozen meat by the butcher section with some of the rarer things like rabbit, beef tongue, etc.
In March for sure, not sure it is a staple other parts of the year.
Please call the market (425-357-3240) for questions about specific products. You'll get a quicker, more accurate answer. Thanks!
I think you're talking about Mosen Cleto Crianza - which we carry at our Central Markets in Mill Creek and Shoreline.
Yes, we have extensive frozen selections of bulk seafood. Thanks for asking!
Erik's right. We do have quiche! Our quiche (in two sizes, and many flavors) is made by Carso's Pasta Co. in Lynnwood - made with cage-free eggs even. Thanks for asking!
Hi there - Yes, best to call the market's Deli at 425.357.3252 and ask.
I would suggest you call them, I don't think they respond here.
They do carry them, but not all the time. Best to call and see if they have available stock.
They carry them, but don't always have them. Best to call to ensure they aren't out on a given day.
We do have many live oysters to choose from, and we can shuck upon request (we also give shucking lessons). Sorry it took so long to respond - google is not monitored daily. The best way to get the most accurate answers is to call the market directly (425-3573240).
Nope, they do not sell it. They do, however, have a sushi area, you can try and ask for flying fish roe.
Rod, this isn't the store. People here have been to the store. To get an answer on a price of a product you should contact the store. I haven't bought any cookies there. Sorry.
Yes they have an incredible selection of seafood; fresh & nice looking. They have live lobster & shrimp too. As far as salmon specifically, I'm not too sure. I know they have it but I'm not sure how many kinds, also I think fresh salmon can only be bought seasonally.
They also have pre-made pizza dough ( fresh) to make your pizza. Very good crust.
They have a high seafood counter with seasonal fishing and a large flash frozen area. I'm not sure about sturgeon. They do have live crab and lobster
It changes. I've bought crab there for 6.99/lb. I've recently seen it for 12.99/lb.
Yes
Yes their deli serves all kinds of hot food for pickup, you might want to call to find out their holiday hours though.
Trail mixes are in the bulk foods department in bins on the back wall. There are also some packaged trail mixes from the department along the front of big hot food case in the deli (where they make sandwiches).
That's your best bet!
