Horrible shop management wise. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The cartridge batteries die in less than a day. They will not refund or exchange without store manager present. Will just take down your number and never reach out. I’ve gone every three days for a month trying to get this resolved. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Absolutely insane to not back the products your selling to others especially if it’s multiple brands and you won’t address it. Now I’m out upwards of $80 because they’re “handling family issues” or he’s at the airport and won’t be back for a while. No communication with his staff while gone apparently. Staff refusal to call him to address it. Unacceptable. For over a month? Then close the store until you can manage it properly. The rest of the staff is decent but they can’t actually assist you w faulty merchandise so... maybe his son who also works there should be given more authority or proper management training so people aren’t wasting their gas to address issues that should’ve been addressed the first time. I advise everyone reading please save your time and money and shop at either PuffTime in Hemet or Unbound in San jancinto both are not even a five minute drive, the managers will assist without issues w fault products and are always timely about it. the prices are about the same and for the security in my purchase I will be shopping there from now on. Which is disappointing since this shop is a five minute walk from my house.
