My husband and I always love coming here every other weekend to the point even the staff recognize this. My biggest complaint is the dessert. I ordered the Matcha Tiramisu today and what I got was inedible and completely frozen with freezer burn still on the sides. Before this, the last 2 or 3 Taiyaki would always come back still cold in the middle. I once had to send it back 3 separate times because it just wasn't cooked enough for the middle to even be warm. We still love coming but I'm giving up on ordering the desserts since the quality has gone downhill for them. It hurts my heart because I love the Taiyaki but it makes me feel like a Karen having to send it back 2 or 3 times only to give up and eat it lukewarm.

The tonkotsu ramen tasted like chicken noodle soup. Would not recommend this item. The staff was friendly and quick.

The host Emily has the worst attitude and needs better training on how to work the floor and talk to customers. She made us feel unwelcomed so we ended up going to their Burbank location. Won’t be back here for sure!
