Everytime that I have frequented this FedEx location, I have been treated with kindness and respect. The store manager, Adam, and his two employees, Mary and Zan, are always incredibly helpful. They do not consider what I think to be a stupid question actually that stupid at all and answer politely. Thank you for everything! 😊

Wait time was not horrible but did take a bit especially when other customers came in trying to go to a different desk for help when the line we were all in was the only one. Mary was great and very detailed in her work. Appreciated her help greatly!!

It has to be delivered by fedex to a HAL (hold at location) with their name and number. When it gets there the system automatically sends then a message.
