yes, and even longer! I left twice! all I was there for was to get an insurance approval. I left both times after sitting in the dental chair for 2 hrs. Phone calls are just as long, and there was only 2 of us waiting!! they scheduled our appts for noon, and left for lunch. The cooperate office called me to ask why I left.
