I booked my stay with the hotel over the phone, I received an email with the confirmation number and my total price. When I went to the hotel to book in, I was giving a completely different price, about 40% higher. I showed the front desk the paperwork I had, they did not care. Over the course of the weekend I spoke to five different people at the front desk, one of which was speaking to the manager on the phone and everyone said it did not matter what price I was quoted. As for the room, there was mold in the bathroom, the bed was extremely uncomfortable but the room was fairly clean. The internet only worked one day of my stay, the front desk says it goes down often. The rudeness of the people at the front desk and management staff definitely make me reconsider my opinion of Hampton inns. If you have anything to do in downtown Haverhill, this is a fairly decent location. Easy enough to get to downtown but besides that I'm not sure there's anything I would recommend for the hotel.

Not worth the money. Needs updating, very old and demographic is clearly old. Judged at check-in. She said twice no smoking in the room…we aren’t even smokers. Not impressed. Bathroom for king suite is tiny, beds hard, table for desk turned to make room even smaller. Rather stay at Marriott chains for sure. Traveling a lot for work, this was 4th hotel in 1 week and the most expensive yet the worst quality.

Outdated and overpriced Hampton Inn. No microwaves in the room, not even offered to have one put in. Weird location down a narrow side street with trucks alongside both sides of the road. Not walkable. However, it did provide adequate shelter and had a somewhat decent breakfast. But I would not stay there again.

It's quiet clean just nice all around I had no problems and no issues everybody was really nice let me know they had everything you needed right there on the location so it was a beautiful stay
