It's Starbucks you been in(1) you've been in them all. Ask for a Pasadena Coffee mug, done have them. Bright spot was the people working super friendly.

Yep, & the crew are absolutely the friendliest!
They do not sell shakes, they have frappuccinos. Similar to a shake, but they are ice blended beverages that you can get with or without coffee. I recommend substituting heavy cream to give more of a "shake-like" consistency and taste.
