I love brueggers but this location is horrible. I used to religiously order in the app and always get egg whites instead of regular eggs. I wish I could tell you the amount of times I had to turn back around to get my correct order with egg whites. Kept coming back (not sure why) and would order the same thing in store, because maybe there’s an issue with the app (even though my receipt clearly would say egg white). EVEN THEN my order has been wrong multiple times. I would understand not being able to hear but they can ask for the order to be repeated but they usually repeat the order back. Not sure why they offer egg whites if nobody knows how to make a sandwich with them. I would understand if it’s busy or if people are new but I see the same people every time and half the time there’s nobody in the store. And I’m not even talking about the multiple times I’ve been given the wrong order. I shouldn’t have to check my order in the Parking lot every time to make sure it’s right. I will say one of the probably dozen of times this is has happened I was offered a free sandwich. But most of the time I don’t even get an apology. I really wish there was a closer location because I feel stupid coming here when I know my order will be wrong.

I love their bagels. I got half-a-dozen sesame bagels. They were still warm, and completely covered with sesame seeds. We have a great bagel place in Franklin MA, but I wish we had a Bruegger's close to us as well.

While the bagels are tasty, the service is so bad that I wouldn’t return. We had a really simple order of a few toasted bagels with butter.
