This is one of the worst managed pharmacy's I have been to so far. I was told to call in to make an appointment for a COVID shot . So I called then they tell me to make an appointment on line. When I tried to explain that I was told to call for an appointment , the witch hung up on me !! Somebody needs to teach their workers better manners on the phone and how they shouldn't talk to customers with an attitude !!!

Horrible Service ! They are so inconsiderate of the health of the patients they serve even during Covid you would think the person there would have compassion towards someone suffering from breathing problems the manager in charge turned me away even though I had a prescription I had been waiting 2 days. Worst experience.

Yes, you can get a test. It is not going to be a rapid test though. It will take 3 to 5 days to get your results back by email, and you must first make an appointment at riteaid.com. we can not do any tests without an appointment.
