Came here Saturday 7/23 at lunch time. Hardly anybody in the restaurant so I thought service would be good and the meals hot and delicious. My wife ordered a burger and friends and I ordered chicken wings. In about 10 minutes her burger came out along with a few other burgers for the surrounding tables. I told her to dig in and not to wait for my food to come out. By the time she was finished eating I was still waiting for my meal.. I’d say about 15-20 minutes.. now my meal comes out and she has to sit there and watch me eat, which didn’t make sense why couldn’t they have timed it better? There was hardly anybody in the restaurant. I asked the waitress to get the manager and asked him why it took so long and he said when it’s hot and ready that’s when we serve and he walked away. The food was good but the timing and management was not.

Went twice, both times got a bunch of different wings. First time was horrible, but it was packed with people so i thought it was a single bad time. Tried again a couple months later, no one was there and the wings got worse.

Has really gone down hill, I get it they can't find anyone but restaurant is half empty and you still have to wait because no staff. One time we went and there was only one poor guy as a waiter in the whole place. Used to be my go to for a quick night out not sure if I want to go now. HANOVER, MA location

They obviously do not pay their staff well. I had to wait 15 minutes pick up my food before somebody actually showed up and there were six other people waiting just as long. I don't blame the employees as it appeared to be only three or four people working there while there were at least two dozen people in the restaurant. I called an hour ahead to have my food ready at 12:30 and didn't get my food till 12:45 when someone finally came out and realize they were several people waiting to be seated and pick up food.
