The service Sucked!! No one at the entrance both to greet customers to seat them. Waitress assigned, spent most of all her time while we were there talking with the couple in the booth in front of us!! Horrible experience, so I won't be going back anytime soon, especially when it wasn't even close to being busy and they had plenty of staff to handle the little bit of customers they did have. 😡

Went for the wings promo. Wish I could remember our waiters name he was amazingly attentative but not intrusive, was a step ahead of anything needed and seemed to be running the majority of the area (low staffed). Food was AppleBees food. Decent "bar food." The rating a result of the employee.

I created a dish called fettuccine marinara with chicken. The fettuccine was overcooked like a pasta for soup. The marinara was ok and the chicken was chard. As always it was overpriced. Oh well.I remember when food used to be good.

Food is always fantastic and service is always with a smile. I think prices are too high and not really practical for the average guy living on a fixed social security income, but I imagine us poor folks are not really their target market anyway.

Hay, concerning free, my wife and I bought 3 100 dollar gift cards to give out for Christmas and received 60 dollars worth of gift cards for ourselves free. And we love the food at Applebee's. And the service is good.

I don't agree... I frequent Applebee in Beaumont and the staff are good people who want to make your dinning experience a great one...
I suggest to go in and ask for a job. I asked for a job 8 times in 7 days for my first job, when I was 17. They finally hired me at 6 hours a week just to shut me up. I wanted to work at that Alpha Beta, because it was air-conditioned and everybody needs food, so I thought it would be a good job. There's now a Petco there at 2nd Street and Fwy 8 in El Cajon. Within a month I had worked my way up to 36 hours a week.
