The ramen here is excellent. It’s all about the broth, and the broth here is rich and flavorful. The chasu is premium quality…really great! We are very picky about ramen but this will be the new regular spot. The pan fried gyoza was cooked perfectly. It’s very light…delicate and perfectly crispy all at the same time. We also tried the okonomiyaki…haven’t had it in a long time, but this made me want to get it more often. On top of making great food, the staff is very friendly and the manager is a sweetheart! Fun environment. Definitely a must try if you love ramen! Highly recommend!

Best ramen in the Rancho area!! Amazing broth, quality noodles and amazing takoyaki. The service was amazing too!! Young server Nathan helped my mom to use chopsticks. Will make this my new regular ramen stop.

I had shoyu ramen with spicy option. The soup was perfect, the meat was soft and juicy, and the noodle was also very good. I would recommend.

WOW. Probably the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan. Grew up in Orange County and moved to Phoenix, and ramen there doesn’t even compare. Had a quick overnight trip, and found this place down the street from where we were staying, and so glad we stopped in. WELL DONE.
